This multi-dwelling project began with site selection support, where Santolo Designs, through EzFeasy, identified the site’s potential to be subdivided into three separate lots. Following confirmation of feasibility, we completed the Development Application for subdivision, enabling the site to be formally approved for three individual blocks. While subdivision works were underway, Santolo Designs progressed the design of three two storey homes, with two approved under the Complying Development Certificate pathway and one approved via Development Application. This coordinated approach allowed the project to move efficiently from planning to delivery, maximising site yield and approval certainty. The development was constructed by Diligent Constructions, with photography by CBL Photography, and videography by Iconic Media Group.
