Case Noir is a bespoke two storey home located in Middleton Grange, defined by a refined mid-century modern influenced exterior. The facade combines Lysaght Enseam in Colorbond Monument cladding with recycled brickwork, delivering strong contrast and material depth while maintaining a grounded residential character. Internally, black kitchen fixtures and fittings create a bold focal point, softened by the introduction of warm timber elements throughout the home to balance texture and tone. A compact Plungie pool enhances the backyard setting, providing a functional and low-maintenance outdoor retreat connected to the main living spaces. The home was constructed by Designer Living Homes with the Plungie pool supplied by Plungie
