Duale

This project involved the design and delivery of a dwelling and a secondary dwelling on a 554 square metre site, carefully planned to provide privacy and independence between the two occupancies. Both clients and purchasers were consistently surprised by the generous room sizes achieved within the constraints of the block. The main home includes five bedrooms, a dedicated theatre, children’s activity area, large laundry, and expansive kitchen and living spaces, all finished to a high standard. The secondary dwelling features a raked ceiling, enhancing spatial volume and amenity within a compact footprint. The project was constructed by Built By Design Group and was sold by Samuel Bortolazzo of Urban Real Estate Leppington, with photography by CBL Photography.
